Our Secret Ingredient Is Love

Guests often ask what’s behind our success, and the answer has never changed: we genuinely love what we do—and you can feel it the moment you walk through our doors. That spirit began in 1969, when Drago and Klara Cvitanovich opened Drago’s Seafood Restaurant with a simple goal: serve exceptional seafood, create a great experience, and do it all at a fair price. They never imagined just how many guests would become part of that story.

Today, that same family warmth remains at the heart of everything we do. Klara still welcomes guests, and their son Tommy Cvitanovich ensures the restaurant runs seamlessly day after day. Our family—both at home and at work—has grown tremendously over the years. With more than 400 dedicated team members, we couldn’t carry on our legacy without their hard work, loyalty, and passion. Together, we honor the past, serve the present, and—most importantly—have a great time doing it.
